5 large colorful ripe heirloom tomatoes
10 small colorful ripe heirloom tomatoes
1/2 pint cherry tomatoes
4 T. olive oil
2 T. vinegar
1/2 lb. feta cheese
6-8-large leaves fresh basil
Slice large tomatoes and arrange on a large platter. Slice smaller tomatoes and arrange on top of tomatoes on platter. Add cherry tomatoes to platter. Sprinkle with olive oil, vinegar and feta. Chop basil and sprinkle over salad. Enjoy!
