It's the time of year to celebrate the pale colors and delicate flavors of spring. In the spirit of last month's Pale Fire (which we are all finally finishing this month:), bring a dish that reflects your fantasy self or with an ingredient that appears in an unexpected way (has a secret, hidden life - extra credit for foods honoring royalty.)
