Poetry Interlude

book cover

Bring a favorite dish or something you've been wanting to make for a while. Please write a haiku about your dish on a piece of paper to set on the table with the dish.

The haiku has some different forms, I think, but the one I've always used is three lines. The last line is supposed to be kind of a twist, to change the meaning of the first two lines.
